How to Move with ULoad™

Delivery

We have your move date scheduled, so we’ll deliver your ULoad™ trailer right on schedule. Our driver will contact you to arrange a preferred time.

Ramp up

Your ULoad™ reservation includes a complimentary ramp used to help you load easier. View detailed ramp instructions here before loading your belongings.

Loading

Loading up your ULoad™ is easy. For tips and tricks, check out our How to Load a ULoad™ trailer here.

Locked and loaded

Once all of your belongings are safely placed inside the trailer, you’ll secure the partition to the closest linear foot marker on the walls of your ULoad™. We calculate your ULoad™ move cost by the space you use, so be sure to lock the partition accurately. Any space opposite of the partition, closest to the cab, within the interior of the trailer will be considered part of your ULoad™ reservation and will be billed accordingly.

After you’ve secured the partition, you’ll need to return the provided ramp to the inside of the trailer.

Need a little pick-me-up? ULoad™ always delivers.

You’ve set up the partition, stowed the ramp, and closed your ULoad™. It’s time to schedule a pick up. Give us a call at (888) 609-6642 and we’ll set up an appointment.

You can schedule a trailer pickup Monday through Friday. Our dedicated support agents are available 7 days a week to help you make your pickup appointment.

We drive.

Moving isn’t the easiest, but transporting your belongings can be. ULoad™ drivers are trained, licensed professionals with expertise in carrying even the most precious cargo. Your ULoad™ could be delivered in as little as 4 business days from your pickup date, though our normal timeframe is about 6 to 8 business days.
